The quarterly earnings statement, balance sheet, profit and loss for the last two full years of activity (referred by the Ministry of Commerce):1. Contract and statute or act of incorporation, plus additional documents with modifications (if any!)
2. Certificate of registration;
3. Certificate of registration from tax authorities;
4. Certificate from Registry of Commerce;
5. Fiscal Certificate from the Financial Administration;
6. Shareholder decision authorizing the lease purchase and designation of the person who will represent the company in dealing with the leasing company;
7. Statement of real beneficiary.
